Dear Members of RMCC:
The Board of Directors of Reconciliation Metropolitan Community Church would like to request your attendance at our Congregational Meeting on Sunday, May 15, 2011. The meeting will take place immediately following the Community Meal which will be held after Worship.
You will notice on agenda that we have three Board of Directors positions open. We are grateful to God that we have candidates who are willing to serve in this capacity! We have asked each of the candidates to submit an application which consists of a short biography and several questions we believe are pertinent to serving on the Board. These applications will be included in the packet. We would ask that you take time to carefully and prayerfully read each application in preparation for the meeting.
Please review the entire packet prior to the meeting and bring it with you on the 15th. We look forward to your presence at the meeting!
