On Sunday, April 24, 2011 we announced our mission statement.
A process that began last October at the retreat most of us attended – where we shared in ideas – the ideas were prayed over and the process of discernment began, and those that accepted the invitation extended to everyone came together and developed a mission statement which was approved by the Board of Directors this past Thursday, April 21, 2011.
Our mission statement is as follows:
The purpose of RMCC is to reach out and invite people in; care for and equip to grow; empower and send forth to be the hands, heart, feet, and soul of Jesus. Re: Luke 6:47-48a
